British Sky Broadcasting Group plc (NYSE: BSY), the UK’s largest pay-television broadcaster,
will release its results for the third quarter and nine months ended March 31, 2009, on Thursday, April 30, 2009, at 7:00 A.M. (UK). Later that day, beginning at 7:00 A.M. (Pacific) / 10:00 A.M. (Eastern) / 3:00 P.M. (UK), BSkyB senior management will review the results and answer questions during a conference call for North American investors and analysts. A live audio webcast of the conference call will be available (in listen-only mode) and for replay purposes on the BSkyB website at http://www.sky.com/corporate.

A copy of the release and accompanying presentation will be sent to participants prior to the conference call and will also be available on the BSkyB website.
